Customer Service is my top priority. I conduct my business with honesty and integrity. You will find good, old-fashioned customer service here, where you are my top priority. You will be treated with the utmost respect.

ORDERING, SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to exchange for store credit. Please e-mail me within 3 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your item, and we will work out the exchange. Customer is responsible for postage fees to mail back.

If your necklace or bracelet needs to be sized down, I am happy to do so at no charge. If it needs sizing up, there will be a small charge for extra material.

SHIPPING
I generally ship within 24 hours of purchase by Priority Mail. International orders are shipped Global Priority. Domestic items should be received within 2 to 3 days.

For all domestic orders, shipping is a flat fee of $4.25 for Priority Mail for as many items as you wish to purchase. I cover any fees over $4.25. This includes Delivery Confirmation. If you wish to purchase insurance, that is extra. Please contact me for insurance fees.

International orders pay a flat fee of $5.25 for Global Priority.
