Your jewelry piece will last longer if stored where no light & minimal air will reach it. The silver & other metals will not tarnish this way. If left out in the open air & light, the metals in the piece will definitely tarnish. Always wear your jewelry with care & do not wear to bed, shower or bath with your jewelry on as these activities obviously put extra stress on the piece. The water & chemicals will damage the stones & metals. Be careful with spraying hairspray & perfumes on while wearing your necklace or earrings. It is best to put on your hairspray or perfume on before your jewelry as the chemicals will erode the stones, metals & dull the crystals.

RESTRINGING
If you feel your jewelry broke not from neglect or undue stress & wear, then I will be happy to restring the piece for you at no charge. Simply contact me & we will make arrangements for mailing it back.
